To keep this point in mind Google Inc. started an “Android Security Rewards“program last year. Google now aim to invest 50% more in this program this year. Scope of Android Security Reward Program

Android Security Reward Program is a sub program under VRP. The focus of Android Security Reward Program is limited to only security and vulnerability issues present in Android OS all versions including Android N beta version for currently available Nexus devices (Nexus 5x, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9 and Pixel C).

How to Earn Money From Google

If you are an android developer and using above mentioned android devices then you can get a reward from The Mountain View, California based company. There are three kinds of rewards (critical, high and moderate severity). And eligible bugs include followings:

AOSP code
OEM code (libraries and drivers)
Kernel
TrustZone OS and modules
Vulnerabilities in other non-Android code, such as the code that runs in chipset firmware, may be eligible if they impact the security of the Android OS.
